Do you think Saddam was mentally ill, or just that evil??? That evil, but also mentally ill. It's not one or the other. Think about it. Why are most hopelessly insane people completely harmless and pitiful, but others dangerous?

The mentally ill are not very good at being intentional and calculating. The evil are. Saddam was the latter.
