No I expect for them to be enfourced. I just don't believe that charges will be leveled in the manor you describe. How should they be enforced? How SHOULD charges be leveled?
Why should what two consenting unmarried adults do behind closed doors be criminalized?

They are criminalizing the act not the location. If your stupid enough to be caught doing something illegal it does not matter where you get caught. It would be illegal no matter where you were.
