I didn't ask you about fundamental American rights, I asked about constitutional rights.
But since you are going to change the debate from constitutional rights to fundamental rights when it suits you, I'll play along and point out to you that the right to privacy has been a fundamental right of all mankind since time began.
By the way, in Texas, the right to engage in sexual perversions is granted to a large segment of the population.
