WHAT?? Says who, and who enforces this? Where's the jail and who is the warden? I can believe they'd like to do this, I can't believe there's any ability to do so(yet).

Many countries sign treaties, resolutions (like the Sadam Hussain's Resolution 1441 http://www.un.int/usa/sres-iraq.htm ) etc., and agree to such laws and courts, the US did not as of yet, Clinton wanted to do so but thank God, Bush won.

Slobodon Milosovich is being tried as we speak by this court and, if found guilty, will serve his jail time in a prison in whose country (the one's who approved this resolution) the court decides.
