I can name a lot of places around the world where your innocent eyes don't have to be assaulted by a coed in a bikini. You might have to give up God in exchange for Allah mind you, but those places have accomplished what you would have for us here already. The City of Charleston has every right to pass a restriction banning such behavior in the City Park where tourists bring their children to see the city, not the skin of Charleston.
