Ah, but YOU don't have to see or hear the evidence. There will be 12 men and/or women who will get the see and hear it all. I think they have enough to be certain it's him. I think most reasonable people have heard enough to be certain its him.
We all could be wrong, but, geeeeeeeeeee, I DOUBT it.

You could be right or brainwashed by the media. Time will tell. WHat do you know about the other body that washed ashore last year?

There is absolutely nothing that I have seen published in the paper that leads me to the conclusion that Scott Peterson killed his wife. The biggest "clue" about him being at the scene of the disposal is completely negated by the fact that another pregnant women washed up there. The odds of that happening coincidentally are astronomical, and literally the definition of reasonable doubt on that point.
The police may have the evidence but they have not tipped it to the press yet, and nothing that has come out to date is conclusive.

With all the publicity, it will be hard to find 12 people not already innoculated with the 'facts' from the news media.

Do you really trust the media and the police that much, to allow their press releases to determine the truth in a capital murder crime? If you do, I weep for our country, without cross examination, and presentation of REAL evidence, we may as well live in the days of yore. He looks guilty, lets hang him tonite.........Be ashamed.
