Yeah, exploding alright. Was that 0.25c per *diaper* or 0.25c per package? Per diaper would be *tremendous* over the course of a kids pre-potty trained life. Who'd pay for those taxes for the 'poor' and 'indigent'. Wait, I know...they wouldn't pay those taxes, they'd be exempt!
