I heard that Fidelity is considering moving from Kalifornia to Jacksonville, Florida...did I mention that Florida has no state income tax? Kalifornia, how not to run a state.

Fla may not have a state tax, but what are the property and sales taxes there? How much does it cost to insure your home and car? What does your kind of real estate sell for? etc, etc
Texas has no state tax either, but the property and sales taxes are VERY high compared to New Mexico ... New Mexico is MUCH less expensive than Texas, even though we have state income tax, sales tax and property tax.
You have to do more research than simply stating there is no state income tax if you want the true picture of value.
