First off, the word in brackets he did not say (which is why it is in brackets-- the reporter assumed it to be what he meant).

As for your point that if sodomy is considered legal the others will be, that is very close to what he is pointing out. He is pointing out that if the legal foundation for sodomy laws is declared unconstitutional, then those other laws can be successfully challenged as well since they rely on the same foundation.

As for incest, many (if not most) states have laws against incest.

He may not have said the word 'gay', but you have got to be kidding me if you don't think that was what he was referring to. He WAS talking about the pending supreme court case involving the two gay men who were arrested for having sex in the bedroom of their apartment.
