That's not what he's saying? But didn't he say that if gays can have sex and not get arrested then incest (among others) should be 'legal' too? My question is, is incest among adults now illegal according to the law on the books?

If instead of busting in on 2 guys having sex, the cops instead busted in on 2 adults committing incest, could the cops have arrested them like they did the gay guys?
