There is no justice in divorce situations with NO-FAULT. My husband was committing adultery for what turned out to be 2 years and lived with the whore for 4 years while I fought HIS no-fault case. He was granted a divorce because we had lived apart 3 years - his doing, not mine. There is no due process in family courts and the sooner we get rid of this perverted system of NO-FAULT - the better off we all will be - BTW - my ex got off with about 70% of the property because he stole our life savings out of our account and the judge would not hold him accountable for the theft or the adultery since it was a "NO-FAULT" case.
