A bit of trivia for ya... That's a remake of "My Favorite Wife" and was originally titled, "Somethings Got to Give" and starred Marilyn Monroe, Dean Martin and I think Cyd Cherise (I could be wrong about Cyd). Marilyn was fired and production scrapped. Supposedly when she was in negotiations to start filming again, but was found dead on August 4th or 5th (depending on which version you believe).
A couple of years later they renamed the movie and put Doris Day in it instead. Fox released the footage from Somethings Got to Give and it's really a shame that it was never made. Marilyn looked really beautiful and it was very funny.

Thanks retro. I love all the old movies. That is interesting about the background on the Doris Day movie. There is another movie I like which you never see on t.v. anymore It is "Good Neighbor Sam" with Jack Lemmon, Claudia Cardinale, and Dorothy Provine. Very funny. The comedian Louis Nye was a detective in a Hooper Vaccuum Sweeper truck and did surveillance in it. I had to buy the tape as it is not rented anymore.
