How is this playing in the news in Texas?

It's circulating in the political circles like wildfire, though I don't expect the "mainstream" media to cover it much beyond maybe in Dallas. The Houston Chronicle is a far-left wing piece of trash and they've been both editorializing and newsitorializing for months against efforts by Republicans to redistrict. They briefly mentioned the theft at the tail end of an article yesterday, which came out before the video identified Frost's aide. But the bulk of that article, and its title, covered a press conference or something with Frost whining about the evil republicans who were trying to undo the "will of the people" by redistricting.

You would never know it has happened! Texas State network news might as well be Texas CNN.
