How is this playing in Country? Will there be repercussions for any of the culprits, really?

Isn't it lovely the way the Daily Telegraph baited the trap and waited for Galloway to walk right in? Do you hear the sound of a faint SNAP in the distance?

Galloway had to be an idiot to think that the first set of papers was all the Daily Telegraph had.

It's only going to get better and better--or, from George's perspective, worse and worse--as the days go by.

I'm going to allow myself a small giggle for now. I hope it grows into a chortle--and when, and only when, Gorgeous George is placed in handcuffs will I allow myself a guffaw.

Sources of Revenues for Saddam and Sons - A Primer on the Financial Underpinnings of the Regime in Baghdad (September 2002)

It explains Middle East Advanced Semiconductor is one of the non-oil companies that took over oil trade from the Oil majors - who didn't want to deal with the corruption anymore.

Also a great read and primer!

I also found this Russian site:

http://inconnect.ru/description/643733.html

A Russian company “inConnect” that manages trade exhibitions. At this site it says it helps connect Russian companies with Iraqi partners. In this regard inConnect collaborates its “Iraqi” partners, including Middle East Advanced Semiconductor.

This may be the link to all of the Jordanian ammunition found in Iraq.

These brothers had millions of pounds to buy anything with from politicians to war toys to whatever.
