We best prepare for an imminent, surprise invasion of South Korea by the North. They would have no other choice, in their minds - wouldn't want to end up like Saddam (ie waiting for a buildup to complete).
I'd imagine they could filter their troops to Seoul very quickly.
Do we still have a carrier off the coast?

NK has used up all their cheap talk and tricks. For the most part they are being ignored by everyone. The talks going on right now are low level chit-chat sessions.
The Russians statement should not be brushed aside as a rant. NK has nothing to lose, a terrible situation for an individual, for a nation it means war. The reasons for war don't matter anymore then the outcome!
