Worst prank I ever heard of was taking cans of "Great Stuff" foam and freezing them in liquid nitrogen. The cans were then cut open and the solid slugs of frozen foam were dumped out and tossed into a car. Roll up windows, lock doors, wait.

We filled a very large accordian file full of shaving cream, pinched the top shut, slid the top edge under a dorm room door, and stomped on it. Most gratifying if said dorm room is occupied.
