Earlier versions may not have this in there. Heck 7.03 may not be spyware--he seems to be reporting possibilities, rather than facts, but it seems rather damning.

Same here:
1. I've had no problems
2. Opera has many *very* computer savvy customers.
It knows that something like this would have been
detected in a heartbeat by them.
