"Arizonans find the name squaw offensive.

Not all Arizonans. She didn't ask me! Besides, Squaw Peak has had that name for so long, that people don't even think about what "squaw" means, or that it's supposed to be offensive (according to the PC crowd).

I tend to want to win by persuasion and by that I mean convincing people that my ideas are better.

I had a thought of Janet holding a hot branding iron over some poor soul whom she is trying to convince via persuasion that her ideas are better.

I thought the process was not reflective of my governing style. That will not happen again."

I predict her rule governorship isn't going to be rosy or guiltless.

Remember that Spook Hill (out ol' Apache Junction way) was changed even though the name derives from the 1800's when the rumor was that ghosts abounded in the area.

Well, I for one am offended by the word HONK! Everyone knows it is a derisive term for white man. From now on, old "Muffy" Napolireno, the word will not be allowed. People will no longer "honk" their horn, they will rather "klinton their klaxon"!
