I'll bet Scott never envisioned that his SON would ever appear as a separate dead body. It's so much easier if the baby stays hidden. As he said in the Diane Sawyer interview:
"The baby...that was hard..."

yes they do Jacki...maybe his lawyer slipped it to him on the way into the courtroom. It wasn't in the inventory when he was booked so it wasn't on his person when arrested..

My bet is that he had his brother's ID to get the local's substantially reduced rate at the municipal golf course, and then to flee. No golf clubs? Maybe they are bent from a violent episode.

I don't know, but I think that's a button on his new threads. Doesn't seem far enough down the finger and is in line with the other buttons. And given the fact that he's not supposed to have it.... Nobody slips anything to a prisoner that he's not supposed to have, they are watching for that. Yikes, especially in a courtroom.
