How many antiquities can feed a hungry population? I submit to you your priorities are wrong. Why are these "antiquities" worth the life of an American solider when the people of Iraq don't value them? The antiquities were simply not worth defending. Not at that price, not with that attitude with the indiginous population. The Japanese, the Germans never looted their museums after WWII. If you valued them so much, why aren't you (or Human shields) there protecting them? Armchair bitching is easy.
