The goal of terrorists is to strike fear into the hearts and minds of their enemies. Now the roles have reversed, and the terrorizer has become the terrorized. That’s beautiful. A defeated evil enemy will always beg for sympathy. But we must never forget who the terrorists and their sympathizers are, foreign and domestic, and how they behaved when they were in power. And we must never feel sorry for them after we have defeated them.
