The only terms I ever heard fragging from were those of officers who had a reputation for unnecessiarily putting the lives of their troups in danger: they tended to die on the battlefield with back wounds.

I really hate to judge a book by its cover, but based on mom's inability to properly use the English language, I don't hold out much hope for her son's intellect. I mean, really...for a black racist to NOT know what to call the Confederate flag besides 'that flag with them funny X's on it' is pathetic. The murdering scum should have been shot that night - he admitted guilt, no need for a court martial or any other formality.

The mother is trying to play the race card, but it's getting mighty tattered. I'm so tired of hearing that people are framed or set up or let off scot-free for being black, white, or purple.

Malvo Said to Laugh at Victims

FAIRFAX, Va. (April 22) - Prosecutors described sniper suspect Lee Boyd Malvo as a willing killer who was amused by a bullet that whizzed by one target's head and laughed about a shot that killed an FBI analyst.

Malvo's demeanor during a six-hour interview in November in which he confessed to some of the sniper shootings proves police did not intimidate him into confessing, a prosecutor wrote in a legal brief released Monday.

Malvo's lawyers want the confession tossed. They argue that Malvo's lawyers were not present and that Malvo made clear to police that he did not want to talk about the shootings.
