Per Rita Cosby, Scott telling friends in last 48 hours, that he didn't realize police were following him; thought it was tabloids! Claims to them, he didn't do it. Sounds like he gets alot of phone call time.

Also per Rita, even 'distant' relatives helping with the searches, had strong suspicions of Scott doing this.
