A lot of the same things were being said around here about Condit in regards to Chandra. Not saying he isn't a sleazeball, but he was branded a murderer instead of the freak he is. Unless or until there's a trial and he's found innocent, I'll continue to believe that sleazeball freak was probably involved in her murder.

Rita Cosby just now saying that he's been very uncooperative with police, even belligerent. ... He really believes he's bullet-proof. While I believe he is probably guilty, he is not dumb. He knows (and should) that being 'cooperative' with the police is certainly not going to help him. He may or may not believe himself 'bullet-proof', but he is certainly well-advised not to 'cooperate' with the police.
HA! Remember David Westerfield? He was accused of being too cooperative with the police! Damned if you do and damned if you don't!

morning sickness does not carry into the 7th/8th months; if someone gets a severe case, it may, but then they'd be thin, hospitalized perhaps numerous times, and they'd look sick, be house bound; Laci did not look ill in any of those pictures, looked like she gained normal weight, and the doctor will have all medical records to prove that she was not experiencing morning sickness.

There is no way in the world Scott Peterson could have known on Chritmas Eve when the police arrived at his house that nobody saw him at that marina. He had no choice but to say he was there."

"Discoveries during the investigation have necessitated the revisiting of the scene," said Modesto Police Detective Doug Ridenour. He did not elaborate and said the search warrant application was sealed by court order.
Officers removed seven grocery bags of potential evidence from the house and took them to an unmarked police car and a truck marked "crime scene team."
Investigators carried out dozens of sealed bags of items from the home, including a Super Bowl key card, a telephone book, a binder with photos and Viagra. "

As a mother, I would NOT be defending my son if he was boinking a woman he had just met while his wife was carrying his child.
I saw the interview on MSNBC - they were pathetic. No sympathy for any of the Peterson family.

Yes, that is how you frame someone, too. Only significant people are framed, and Scott Peterson is significant only in his own mind.

Of course, if Scott didn't do it, and Laci was in her home when murdered, we now must consider the murderer kiled her shortly after he departed, took time to mop the floor, found adequate supplies to conceal the body, weight it down in a tarp, journey to the same area where Scott was fishing, find a way to get into the water and drop off the body so as to incremenate Scott.
This would read as though the murderer knew Scott, his fishing and driving habits, and home rather well.
Of course this would imply Scott's parents as prime suspects if he didn't do it.

Others manage to say no.... They get a spokesperson, too..
Makes sense, Lacy's family has a spokesperson who also asked the media to leave them alone this weekend.
Do you figure, by the way, that the Peterson's were there at the end of their driveway, facing out, arms about each other, when the reporter "stuck the mic in their face"? If so, that was luck-y because it was the perfect physical arrangement for a planned interview. Like a stylist had been involved!
Okay, you lost me, what are you trying to say?
BTW, welcome to Free Republic.

Can you say "D-E-N-I-A-L"?
That's what these folks are in. Denial.
Either they say what they've said or they accept that their son is a cold-blooded killer. The former is definitely the more attractive choice.

I triple guarantee you that Scott Peterson is innocent. There are no murderers in Modesto.

Yeah, and since we couldn't get a handle on where Scottie was last week, I just figured he was in Augusta, GA at the Master's.
To: spectre
That's good, I should add it.
