I thought Centcom said we did not use any cluster bombs. I remember Rick Leventhal pointing out a tree that had some cluster bomb looking objects hanging on branches. IIRC, he insinuated they were Iraqi's.

I believe that CentCom said that it wouldn't use cluster bombs against targets near civilians. That does not mean that there were no cluster bombs nor does it mean that civilians can't find them while rummaging around previously military areas.
