Some bank robbers enter a bank to rob it, and the police arrive to surround it. The robbers decide to kill themselves and their children/human shields they brought along, and whack-jobs of the Salon Bolsheviki years later proclaim that the fault lies with the police for arriving.

So the bank robbers(Davidians) entered the bank(America) to rob(not pay taxes on machine guns) it. Am I following your logic correctly?
