I didn't say it, the Jury in Texas did.

They found the Davidians 'not guilty' of the charge of murder finding that killing those goons was a clearcut case of justifiable homicide under Texas and Federal Law. (See US v. Cruikshank)

Here are the facts.

The Feds didn't have a warrant when they 'raided' the Davidians home.

The Feds fired first. They admitted this at trial.

Now, you don't have to like it, and I don't give a rats ass if you do or not, but anyone coming onto your property firing automatic weapons at you without benefit of a duly constituted warrant is a thug who deserves to meet a rapid and violent death.

Whether or not they have a badge is irrelavent and immaterial. The Supreme Court has already decided the issue, and the Jury in Texas felt the same way I do.

Are they a 'threat to the nation'?

No, ignorant fools like you who don't know the facts of the case are a greater threat to this nation than those poor bastards who roasted to death could ever hope to be.

Deal with it.

Out of control federal law enforcement agencies enforcing unconstitutional fiat prohibitions on arms are a direct threat to our free republic.

Why do you defend their actions?
