Report: Sheikh Abu Hamza to appeal expulsion from UK

Until his suspension by the Charity Commission last April, Sheikh Abu Hamza preached at Londond's notorious Finsbury Park mosque. Home Secretary David Blunkett then withdrew Hamza's British citizenship under the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002.

But his solicitors, Arani & Co., have confirmed that he has launched an appeal against his deportation, the BBC reports. "Every right-minded person in Britain will be outraged at the thought of taxpayers' money being spent on Hamza's legal battle," British shadow home secretary Oliver Letwin said. "He is a man who clearly has no place in Britain. The sooner he goes the better."

Earlier this week prosecutors in America indicated they may apply for Mr Hamza's extradition to face terrorist charges relating to the al-Qaeda network -- while Yemen renewed its request for his extradition to face kidnapping charges there.

This creep openly celebrated the 9/11 and Space Shuttle Columbia tragedies. Richard Reid and Zacharias Moussaoui, the "twentieth hijacker," were members of his "congregation."

It's not like no one wants him.

He has to fight deportment. If turned over to the U.S., he won't be let go, and there would be a long, drawn-out legal process, and he'd probably get life in prison. Whereas in Yeman, some supporters might be able to spring him before the government executes him, but Predators have a way of catching up with fleeing Yemani terrorists.

We want him and we will get him. He can appeal in the U.K. from a cell in a U.S. prison while awaiting trial here. When he loses in the U.K. he will be locked up over here and he will stay locked up.

Unless, of course, he is killed in a foiled escape bid ... Hint, hint ... wink, wink

This guy should contact the human shields for support.....it's funny how quick these terrorists will fight for their rights when the rights of others are not something they are concerned about!
