Swedes...federal government encourages the first and excludes the second...hmmm....I think I see a problem here...

I agree with 'you do the crime, you do the time'; but I feel EQUAL justice for all and I see BIG BUSINESS in come instances within the prison system. It costs society more than what is just the obvious.
