well, BK, you and I are apparently the only ones.

Too many folks confusing common sense with the law. Unless the police and prosecutor have a LOT more than they have now, or have a LOT more they ain't talking about, they have a LOT less than an "airtight" case.

I also think we'll see a change of venue. Gonna be a hell of a trial and a media circus.

I think it will get moved to LA....like the SF dog mauling trial.... too many people in the Modesto area have an emotional committment to the search, etc.

I was listening to KFI640 (LA) and heard about 5 callers tonight saying there is no case (all men.)
