I am so amazed this guy was so cocky to think he would get away with it. He had a choice for a while, when he was in Mexico, to take off to a country with no extradition treaty with the US.
He believed that A... they wouldn't find the bodies, and or B. he could never get convicted.
Hubris and a murdering SOB, not a good combo.
