He may get sole ownership soon if they were joint tenants, right of survivorship. Absent a court order barring his actions, he could lien the property or issue a power of attorney to one who could act on his behalf to lien the property.

That sounds like WAY too many rights, if you ask me. I wonder if he is still officially employed by Tradecorp? I *almost* feel sorry for the Peterson family, because they ultimately will end up footing the bill for his defense, and it just may wipe them out. And when all is said and done, they'll be broke, and Snott will still be guilty. So much for image maintenance.
