MM is saying why would Scott tell him where he went fishing with all these receipts (from that area). Then it turns out thats where the body was found. Its too "convienent".

The thing about that is, Scott gave them his alibi, and by trying to prove he WASN'T at Berkley Marina, they ended up proving he WAS.
