Modesto Mom (MM) gave a long interview with an NBC affiliate just played now on MSNBC. In the middle of the interview her husband had to run inside and grab the oxygen.

MM says Modesto Police bungled the investigation. They had no right to say the case was a slam dunk in that press conference before Scott was arraigned.

MM says there are other missing pregnant women in that area AND the police didn't look into those missing cases. She says a torso of a pregnant woman was found there in January and there are a lot of vagrants around that river front.

The police divided and seperated Scott from Rochas.Have many witnesses to say they saw Laci. All a police plot.

MM is saying why would Scott tell him where he went fishing with all these receipts (from that area). Then it turns out thats where the body was found. Its too "convienent".

His mother also said that Scott had receipts for GAS and FOOD on the way up to the Berkley Marina.

She also said the police have descredited the people who testified that they say Lacy after the 8:30 PM phone call to her mother.
