Oh, he's got a good atty already, in fact, I heard yesterday that he's got one of the best criminal attys in North Cal. It sounded to me like it was not the same guy as the one who'd been mentioned in the past, McAllister, but a new one, though I tuned in too late to catch the name. Supposed to be a Stanford grad, with about 30 years of defense work.
So Scotty doesn't need a lawyer, but he needs a haircut!
