You know what? Greta is right. I was at the hairdresser today and she knew NOTHING about the Laci Peterson case. She doesn't watch any news. I was dumbfounded.....

I know just what you mean. I went to the dentist during the sniper shootings; it was near the end of the shootings (I was so involved cuz my sisters live right there). I mentioned to the gal who was doing my teeth that there was another shooting that day and she hadn't a clue as to what I was talking about.

A man at my gym was talking about being AGAINST the Iraq war the other day. I told him it was worth our war effort to free all those children in Iraqi prisons. He didn't have a clue what I was talking about and I don't think he believed me. He probably doesn't believe "W" either... sigh... The uninformed. They pay NO attention to the news.
