Yeah, he was ready to run..but thought they either would be taking longer to get DNA results, or that "they wouldn't be so RUDE to bother me on Easter Holiday!"
Or maybe he thought Wacky Jackie would beat those big bad Police with a stick and make them leave her baby alone!!!
