So does brother have weird color hair or just different from SP's natural color? Either way he can just say he dyed it, it's kind of obvious. It's not obvious what color it was before and if it was different than the description/picture on the ID.

Not sure, I've heard the brother in PA on a phone interview, and I seem to remember thinking it odd that he called Scott his "brother, yet he had a different last name and, I also have a memory of his talking about a large gap in years between (Scott being much younger). Could be wrong, just what I'm thinking.

Brother was talking about the marina, and how he knew there was a witness to Scott being there that day and how wrong it was for the media to keep reporting that the police had not been able to verify Scott's alibi. He was upset with the police. Said his sister had been down there and had found witnesses.

No &hit, police could verify, that isn't the issue is it? So someone sees you bringing the boat out of the water about 12:45 pm on 12/24, sure didn't do any fishing that day, did you? 90 miles one way, all that distance, left at 9:30, what's that you say, said you went to the office first, then on a spur of the moment thing decided to do some fishing?
