Rita just on Fox says she has talked to people that have spoken to Snott's family and they are still maintaining his inocense and that he is STILL telling his family that he didn't do it...she says it sounds like he is going to fight this, not talking to anyone except his lawyer, no visitors today. People who know him that Rita has talked to say that he never expected to be arrested.

The family has been buying his bs for some time. Why did his skip out of his golf scholarship at ASU? Why did he abruptly sell The Shack and move from SLO. It looks like a pattern.

Right, your post reminded me of one other thing. Rita C. said that SP has not talked at all. Not even on the long ride back to Modesto. She said he slept a little but nothing else.
