Possibly to help keep her arms down and the home made anchors to keep her legs down? I was wondering if maybe they meant they found a gravity boot receipt. (remember american gigalo were Richard Gere had them on and hung upside down) Gravity boots are weights and have hooks on them. Perfect for a concrete anchor on that has a eye bolt cemented in.
