I have touched on this subject before with many of you but here is why this case has brought me out of lurking mode and why it has hit close to my heart:
Many years ago when I was 7 mos pregnant with my youngest son, I found out that my husband was having an affair. I was close to Laci's age and of her almost exact stature. My husband was the "All american Boy" and a very large man like Scott. (6-5, 280) Well when I found out I flipped my wig and there was a very heated altercation..I threw things, I pummeled him, screamed and yelled, and threw him out. He left without commiting any violent acts against me or his children. We eventually divorced, several years afterwards, and sadly he died of a sudden heart attack at age 37.
Tho my story has a trajec ending, it just goes to show that Scott had another choice, DIVORCE!!
I knew in my heart when I heard about Amber that SP killed his wife...he chose the cowardly way out. I had a feeling that Laci found out about the affair and in my mind I saw the same tramatic altercation that I had experienced..only it ended much differently, with tragedy, with MURDER!!
And every time I saw SP smiling, walking free, lying thru his teeth with his FAKE tears, it made me physically ill!
This EVIL must be made to pay for all of the torment he has put Laci, Connor, and the Rochas through.
And God knows he will.

You are absolutely right Jackie! There is NO excuse for murdering your wife and YOUR baby. Can you see and hear Jackie P. today???? I mean, all of the Modesto Police Department set out to frame Scotty!! OY VEY!!
