Actually in the hour before LKL and the news conference, they had Cyril Wecht, the forensic pathologist on and he right out said that Scott did NOT expect those bodies to ever surface. He reckoned that there were weights of some kind the inference being cement. Dr. Lee said he had a case where the perp had tied a piece of wire around the neck and weighted it and when the decomposition got to a certain point the head decapitated . Who knows, maybe the rest of her is still at the bottom of the Bay attached to cement weights??!!
