I think he hung around Neenah because he KNEW that he was being tracked. He must have also known that his phones were tapped. Did y'all watch the announcement and then LKL with the panel of Dr. Lee, Nancy Grace and Mark Geragos as well as Marc Klass. Even Mark Geragos said he is absolutely certain that this will be a charge of CAPITAL murder with special circumstances being the baby. I'll wager a guess that there will quite a bit of evidence of the pre-meditation aspect. In any event, I am glad there is at least some resolution for Rochas vis a vis Laci and Connor's whereabouts. But that family is gonna need a lot of prayer to uphold them.
