Since I posted that, uvular, another poster has weighed in. Poster "An American Mother" has apparently been directly connected with insurance litigation of this kind. She said--and she sounded certain--that the insurance company could delay paying the claim WITHOUT FEAR OF BEING SUCCESSFULLY SUED, under these circumstances. That's really good news, as far as I'm concerned!

I have wondered. Keep in mind that this is California, the land of fruits nuts and me-me-me, so they might be trying to determine if the child had been born before it was killed? I don't know -- pure speculation. I'm positive I've heard of cases of murder convictions for "wanted" unborn children, but no clue if it applies to California.

I used to like him, but his radio show has lost its uumph. Not many call anymore and the few that do are "weak".

If he was as successful as he SAYS HE IS, as bright as he SAYS HE IS, has accomplished as much as he SAYS HE IS, he would not have to brag so much! It's all about Michael, and I predict he will be gone before long.

You know, I have a mother that thinks like Scott's mother. She will defend, protect, and cover for my worthless thieving, drug addict brother. We were not raised this way, either. And although we were abused as children, my father always made us admit to our stupid mistakes; and he never lied for us. This is how I've raised my children, and I will never lie for them either. I will love them, but I won't lie for them. Scott's mother is in serious denial and there is no doubt in my mind that whenever Scott got in a jam, his parents got him out of it, just as my mother does for my a$$hole brother. Sad, sad, sad.

She was not seen walking the dog at all on the 24th. The dog was out on his leash that morning, was found by a neighbor and returned to the Peterson's yard.

Additionally, the drapes were not opened the morning of the 24th, which is something she ALWAYS did.

Scott wanted her and the baby out of the way, he planned the disposal of her body and made all the preparations. Once the plan was in place, he killed her. He is one sick mofo.
