She is definitely trying to save her son...she's *publicly* doing her best to look at all possible scenarios before declaring her son guilty--if ever. I wouldn't do it publicly...that's pretty dumb. It's sort of not thinking things through, speaking with out thinking hard.

I just think she's probably spent her whole life throwing up a cloud of confusion, to keep from having to take responsibility for any stupid actions she might have taken, such as having two babies b/f age 20. I think she's using the same technique in an attempt to defend her "baby."

Yeah, but he'll be doing it b/c he's paid to do that. (A legitimate reason, though despicable to some.) She seems to be doing it b/c she's in some sort of frenzy or panic. Image. I think an image is being eroded here, and she doesn't like it one bit.

I have been following these threads fairly close and the last I heard was someone checked Modesto records and there is no evidence of any bankruptcy.

LOL Hey, speaking of arrest..have you heard what the investigators' plans were if they hadn't found their bodies...(of which I agree with whoever said that finding them was a gift from God) Where they going to arrest him without the body..?
