Connor was not born. He will always legally and scientifically be a fetus.

Isn't it funny that the media notes that "2 bodies were found" and that the second body was a child/baby, and that Peterson will be charged with 2 counts of murder. If a fetus 8 months old is seen by the media as a "baby" or "child" how is it that an abortion in that month leads to an "aborted fetus"?

I notice they elected to drive him back from SD, instead of fly. More time for him to think, maybe he'll make a few offhand comments. Around here, all the police cars now have videocams in them. I'm confident that they do there, too. I pictured him riding up to Modesto in the back of a car with pictures of the corpses pinned all around, to the doors, to the back of the front seat, to the ceiling...

It is so sad...how could someone do that to such a beautiful woman? I don't mean to imply that anyone should be murdered, but why would anyone take that course of action? It would have been far better to divorce her, due to his marital unfaithfulness to her, then to kill her. I guess he figured it would bring him more money this way. A woman like her would have eventually found someone else who would love her, marry her, and treat her child as his own. Scott Peterson deprived her family and robbed that someone because of his wickedness. Why?

WHY? A simple question. Should wives everywhere take a good long look at their spouse and wonder, could this happen to me? "No, never, not my husband." Wonder if Laci was also that secure.
