A mother and child wait to be seen by doctors at Yarmuk Hospital in West Baghdad, April 15, 2003. Hospital staff began coming back to work and treating patients after the hospital was re-opened with the help of the U.S. Army 96th Civil Affairs Battalion and Joint Task Force Four. Operation Iraqi Freedom is the multinational coalition effort to liberate the Iraqi people, eliminate Iraqi weapons of mass destruction and end the regime of Saddam Hussein. The Army got the hospital open to take care of this mother and child when it should have been saving shards? So say the mincing misgynists at the NYT.
