How? I never saw that ---I find it ironic that he's being made into being some kind of Mexican saint for the left when he used terms like "wetback" and was against illegal immigration. I was convinced way back then, that he was very closely allied with the Communists and one through and through.

I haven't followed his following for many years.

One of his cohorts destroyed the chance for Navajos here to have 135 or more--I forget--a large number of jobs at a Fairchild factory. Fairchild had it all set to open in a matter of days. Chavez's cohort acted out and Fairchild closed the doors and walked away.
