You forgot the two dozen American's killed in Israel by the PLO in the last couple of years... They don't count because, uh, why is it that they don't count?

You are a sick man Dave. And for your information, they were not all "dual" citizens. Strange, I never thought that having dual citizenship was a cause worthy of death.
