Hardly, he gave up frequencies, codes, methods & techniques, and he gave up the names of human intelligence that we had in Russia. Many of whom were executed by the Russians. We dont OWE squat to Israel. We trade with them but we dont owe them anything, especially if it means endangering US interests.
